By exercising and balancing certain under used muscle groups that connect to the elbow, can help to protect the elbow area and ultimately in many instances reduce elbow pain and mobility issues, a common and increasing occurrence amongst Young Climbers. Conditioning and exercise of the hand and upper limb in sport is imperative if you want to maintain a longer and stronger climbs. These conditioning exercises should be carried out initially under supervision from you coach but should then should continue as part of your daily routine.
